1. SHIPPING PROCESS

After the quality control and careful packaging stages, your orders will be delivered to cargo on the same day if placed before 15:00 on weekdays.
Orders placed after 15:00 and on the weekend will be processed on the first following business day.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Deliveries throughout Türkiye are generally made within 1-3 business days through our contracted cargo companies.
In rural areas, delivery time may vary depending on the delivery frequency of the courier company.

3. CARGO COMPANIES

Your orders are sent with our contracted cargo companies.
When your order is shipped, your cargo tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail and/or SMS.

4. SHIPPING FEES

• Shipping is free for orders over 2000 TL.

• For orders under 2000 TL, fixed shipping fee: 179 TL

• Free shipping option is announced during campaign periods.

5. PACKAGING

All our products:

• In special sealed packages that are impermeable to moisture, light and air,

• With impact-resistant, aesthetic outer boxes,

• Sensitive to the cold chain when necessary,
  It is packaged by taking into consideration customer satisfaction and product integrity.

6. POSSIBLE DISRUPTIONS IN DELIVERY

• SAFRAN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the cargo company. However, support is provided to the customer in case of any delay.

• Do not accept packages that appear to be torn, damaged or opened during delivery, document the situation with a report and contact us immediately.

7. GIFTS AND SPECIAL NOTES

If you would like your order to be gift-wrapped, you can check the "I Want Gift Wrapping" box during payment or specify it in the order notes.
Simply send us your personal messages as order notes.
